This article analyzes how China has employed digital diplomacy as a central tool in its soft power strategy in Latin America during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Through the analysis of social media data, official statements, and public opinion surveys, it is argued that digital diplomacy has not only evolved as a means of communication but has also been instrumental in projecting a positive image, countering negative narratives, and conso- lidating regional influence. The study reveals how this approach is adapted to national particularities, generating both opportunities for cooperation and geopolitical tensions.Downloads
